i honestly do no think you can buy better quality for the money. communication is good and after sales service also very good and the company takes ownership of any problems and does there best to make you feel a valued customer. my complete doll arrived in 3 weeks and still think i got a super deal

I went with this vendor because of its reputation. The packaging of this vendor is top notch. The package sent was very heavy and very long. Fedex dropped the package on the edge of my doorstep so half of it was on the edge of the doorstep and the other half landed off the edge. I can tell the impact was significant by the dent on the packaging. It also rained heavily before I could get home. The contents survived due to the fine packaging job and protection around the items including some wooden plates that prevented the punctures from getting to the soft TPE materials. The water did not make it into the contents. Also delivery was fast.

Prices are great, customer service is really professional and helpful and the product is perfect. First transaction on this website but not the last! I highly recommend!

I had Raven and Sherry assist me with my order and they were both great! I made layaway payments and after I placed my order I wanted to change my doll which they assisted me with. They were also able to delay the shipment date to when I would be able to be home which was a huge help. They were very friendly and helpful the entire time.
